Event Planner is our digital planning tool for exhibitors at Stockholmsmässan. Here you'll find all the information you'll need before, during and after the event. You will also find tools such as our webshop, digital stand, invitations and exhibitor cards. All under the same login.

Who can use Event Planner
Anyone who is a contact person at your company in our systems can log in. Stand builders and co-exhibitors can also use Event Planner, but can not access our webshop. You can add stand builders as a contact for you as main exhibitor. This means that the stand builder logs in as you and have access to everything. You'll add your stand builder as a contact person under Settings in Event Planner.

How to log in
Use your e-mail address and follow the instructions, it's that easy! Don't forget to use the email that's registered at Stockholmsmässan.
  • Plan your dismantling

Once an event is over, the halls are considered construction sites. Be careful, follow the instructions and do not forget anything.

You can start dismantling your stand and packing as soon as the event closes. Stay in your exhibition space for the first half hour so as not to block the aisles. Your empties and any stored goods will be delivered to your stand as soon as the carpet runners have been removed and the forklifts have access. Event halls are open for dismantling until 12 AM the first night. You can apply to stay longer at your stand during dismantling at the bottom of this page. Consumption of alcohol on the premises during dismantling is prohibited.

    Loading
Once you have finished packing and received confirmation from our staff, you may start to drive your vehicle to the loading bays for Halls A, B or C for loading. Carefully mark all goods that will be picked up by a transport company. Goods that have been left behind will be subject to charges in accordance with the current price list.

    Waste
After dismantling the stand should look the same as when you gained access to it. Stockholmsmässan wants to play its part towards a more sustainable world. Sort and dispose of your waste at the waste disposal station in the halls and at the loading bays.

  • Invite your guests

  • Review of the stand's design

    - deadline January 3rd, 2019

In order to ensure Swedish building codes are followed, we review all stands at a height higher than 2.5 meters. If you would like to use your stand space above 2.5 meter, you need to book a height review. If you want to expose your brand or another message at a height higher than 2.5 meters, you have to order a height exposure. This means that we conduct a review to ensure that your exposure can be seen properly and is not obstructing another exhibition stand or vice versa.
