  • How to find us

    Both buses and commuter trains stop at Älvsjö Station, which is right next to Stockholmsmässan. The journey by commuter train from Stockholm Central Station to Stockholmsmässan takes just ten minutes. Fast and environmentally friendly, now that’s an unbeatable combination!

    There are 8-14 commuter train departures every hour from Stockholm Central Station to Älvsjö Station, which is only a 200-meter walk from Stockholmsmässan’s Main entrance. The journey takes just ten minutes.

    The commuter train from Arlanda Airport also stops at Älvsjö station. The train departs two times an hour and the journey takes 47 minutes. The train departs from Sky City, between terminals 4 and 5.

  • Parking

    We have 2,000 parking spaces in our parking garage and in the outdoor spaces surrounding the exhibition center.

    Parking for the disabled
    We have 20 parking spaces close to the Main entrance reserved for those who have a parking permit for disabled people. We have 40 parking spaces får disabled people in total. If you have a permit, parking is free of charge.

    Parking fee 
    The parking fee for a garage space is 50 SEK/hour or 150 SEK for a whole day.

    The parking fee in the outdoor parking is 40 SEK/hour or 120 SEK for a whole day.

    Exhibitors kan by a ticket that last during the events opening hours, price 350 SEK.

    The automatic pay stations accept credit cards.

  • Accessible to everyone

    Stockholmsmässan aims to be accessible to everyone. To ensure this, all our restaurants, congress rooms and exhibition halls have ground-level access. There may be limited access to some of our areas with level differences or events that attract large number of visitors. However elevators are available to all floors. You’re welcome to contact us before your visit if you have any questions.

    Information
    There is an information desk by the Main entrance and it is open during our events.

    Parking spaces
    We have 20 parking spaces close to the Main entrance which are reserved for people with a disabled parking permit. Disabled parking permits are of course valid in all our other parking areas as well. If you have a permit, parking is free of charge.

    Wheelchairs
    A limited number of wheelchairs can be borrowed from the Information desk by the Main entrance – you will need to show valid ID. It is not possible to book wheelchairs in advance.

    Restaurants
    Stockholmsmässan’s permanent restaurants are accessible to wheelchair users.

    Restrooms
    Restrooms for the disabled are available near the entrances, in the exhibition halls and in the galleries.

    Elevators
    A wheelchair-accessible elevator to the second floor is available in Gallery A. There is also an elevator down to Hall B and from the Entrance hall to the indoor parking. If you need assistance, please contact the Information desk in the Entrance Hall.

    Hearing aids
    Stockholmsmässan has a hearing aid system for hearing impaired people. The hearing aid loop has its own radio reciever, whch means that you will hear the performace/lecture very well without disturbing background noise. The hering aids are available at the following halls: Victoria hall, K1, K2, K11, K21, T1, T2. You pick them up in the Information desk upon presentation of ID.

    ATM
    There is two ATM’s at the Main entrence and one ATM at the East Entrance. You will also find bank services in Älvsjö Center, only a fivev-minute walk from Stockholmsmässan.

    Children’s strollers to borrow 
    Yes, there are strollers you can borrow from the Information Center in the Entrance Hall. You will need to be able to show valid ID to borrow a stroller and it is not possible to book them in advance.

    Cloak-rooms
    Cloak-rooms are located in the two entrance lobby's, the A- and B-gallery and in the C-hall. The cloak-room facilities are subject to a fee that you can pay both cash and credit card. 

    Commuter train
    Commuter trains to and from Stockholm Central Station leave 8-12 times per hour. The journey takes approximately nine minutes. Tickets for SL trains and busses may be purchased at Stockholmsmässan. 

    Deposit boxes
    A limited amount of deposit boxes are located in the A-gallery and are subject to a fee with Swedish currency.

    Disability access
    Please read under “Accessible to everyone”.

    Dogs
    Dogs are not allowed to accompany their owners inside the exhibition center: The only exception we make is for assistance dogs. Obviously, show dogs are allowed into our dog shows.

    Elevator
    A wheelchair-accessible elevator to the 2nd floor is available in Gallery A. There is also an elevator down to Hall B, and from the Entrence Hall to the indoor parking. If you need assistance, please contact the Information desk in the Entrance Hall.

    First aid
    Our First Aid Room is located between the A and B galleries, behind the kiosk. We have a security company present at the facility around the clock, which has training in First Aid.

    Nursing rooms
    Stockholmsmässan has nursing rooms on the venue. You’re welcome to contact our information desk.

    We accept Amex, Diners, Mastercard, Visa and Maestro. We also accept the following currencies in our entrance booths: Euros, Norwegian kroner, Danish kroner, British Pounds and US Dollars.

    Our Visitor Service answer questions about our venue and our exhibitions on a daily basis. We have compiled some of the most frequently asked questions to help you plan your visit in the best possible way.

    Do you have an ATM?
    Yes, we have two ATMs in the Entrance Hall and one at the East entrance. As long queues tend to form for the ATM during our popular public weekends, we strongly advise you to take out money before your visit.

    When the bank is closed, Älvsjö town centre is just a five-minute walk from Stockholmsmässan. There is also an ATM there.

    Which cards do you accept in your checkouts?
    We accept Amex, Diners, Mastercard, Visa and Maestro. We also accept the following currencies in our entrance booths: Euros, Norwegian kroner, Danish kroner, British Pounds and US Dollars.

    Where is the nearest pharmacy?
    The kiosk in the entrance hall (Pressbyrån) have a few offerings. There is also a pharmacy in Älvsjö town centre, and one i the supermarket Willys, both within a five-minute walk from Stockholmsmässan.

    Do you have children’s strollers to borrow?
    Yes, there are strollers you can borrow from the Information Center in the Entrance Hall. You will need to be able to show valid ID to borrow a stroller and it is not possible to book them in advance.

    Do you have lockers?
    Yes, we have a small number of lockers in Gallery A. A small locker costs 20 SEK and a large locker costs 30 SEK.

    Do you have checkroom facilities and does it cost anything to use them?
    There are checkrooms by the Entrance Hall in the Hall A and Hall B gallery, in Hall C and next to the Congress Foyer. You will be charged for using the checkrooms.

    Do you have an elevator?
    Yes, we have an elevator in Gallery A.

    Are you allowed to bring your dog to exhibitions?
    Dogs are not allowed to accompany their owners inside the exhibition center: The only exception we make is for assistance dogs. Obviously, show dogs are allowed into our dog shows.

    Do you have a kiosk-style newsagent?
    There is a Pressbyrå kiosk in the Entrance Hall.

    Do you have a sickroom?
    Yes, we have a sickroom at Stockholmsmässan. It is located between Gallery A and B, behind the Pressbyrå kiosk.

    Do you have a special room for nursing mothers?
    There is no special room for nursing mothers at Stockholmsmässan.

    Can I pay cash at the automatic pay stations?
    Yes, you can pay cash. There are money-changing machines by the Main and East entrances.
